Nurse Practitioner

You will provide high quality care, as well as explore and grow in one or more additional areas of focus. Our providers collaborate on cases and support one another across our patients and our schedules. We’d love for you to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis.
You:
Provide care, with an additional focus in one or more of the following:
a. Women’s health
b. Mental health support, including prescribing
c. Cardiology and Pulmonary interests
d. Physical medicineAre driven to support your patients by focusing on their needs first, by coordinating care both inside and outside our practice, and by proactively going above the minimum necessary.
Keep up with the paperwork aspects of the job by signing charts and reviewing documents in a timely and efficient manner.
Are confident in your own skills, but are comfortable consulting with others on difficult or complex cases.
Employ Western medicine standards of care alongside Holistic treatment options.
Acknowledge the importance of a trauma-informed approach to patient care.
Communicate clearly, confidently and competently to patients and other healthcare providers.
Have fun while doing good.
You have/will:
Carry a current, unrestricted license in the State of Oregon and a current DEA license.
Practiced clinically for at least 1 year post-graduation, ideally.
Proficiency with one or more Electronic Health Record systems (ideally Athena).
Carry current malpractice insurance.
